Payments, Invoice & Warranties Roof Replacement
-RCV the full cost of the repair/replacement.
-Depreciation is the decrease in fair value of the roof due to age.
-ACV is the Replacement Cost (RCV) minus Depreciation (DEPREC).
Insurance will mail the first check ACV minus your deductible If policy is RCV a recoverable depreciation money will be released upon completion of all work.
